A fishcake soup where the broth is shrimp-based, black fungus, slices of jicama, garlic and served with pieces of boiled tofu fishcake, fried fishcake and vermicelli. The last is garnished with fried shallot, coriander leaves, soy sauce, sambal (chili sauce) and lemon.
